Black Jack® foundation and roof coating is a liquid applied, thin "paint-like", asphalt based coating designed to penetrate and seal foundation block walls below-grade and masonry roof surfaces. Prevents moisture from penetrating walls. Can also be used to seal and protect underground wood footings and metal surfaces.
